Eligibility
Any natural person with legal capacity who is interested in the Association's mission and development direction, and is willing to comply with the Association's charter and support its work, may apply to join.
Membership Categories
The Association has the following three categories of members:
- Founding Members: those who took part in establishing the Association.
- Ordinary Members: those who apply after the Association is established and are admitted through review.
- Honorary Members: those granted honorary status by the Association due to social prestige or significant contributions to the Association. Honorary membership is decided by the Board of Directors.
Application Requirements
Applicants should meet the following basic requirements:
- Recognize the Association's mission and development philosophy;
- Agree to comply with the Association's charter and related regulations;
- Be willing to participate in Association activities and exchange programs;
- Become a formal member after approval by the Board of Directors.
Application Process
For standardized management, membership applications generally follow these steps:
- Step 1: Submit Application. The applicant sends the membership application form to info@lanuevaeraiberochina.es and submits the required supporting information.
- Step 2: Eligibility Review. The Association reviews the materials to verify that the applicant aligns with the mission and membership criteria.
- Step 3: Board Review. New membership applications are reviewed and decided by the Board of Directors.
- Step 4: Result Notification. After approval, the Association informs the applicant to proceed with the admission procedures.
- Step 5: Registration Completion. After registration and membership fee procedures are completed, the applicant officially becomes a member.
Member Rights
Founding Members and Ordinary Members enjoy the following rights:
- Participate in activities organized by the Association;
- Access relevant resources and services provided by the Association;
- Attend the General Assembly with the right to speak and vote;
- Receive information on Association resolutions and work updates;
- Provide suggestions and recommendations for the Association's work.
Member Rights and Benefits
Members are entitled to the following rights and benefits (the specific scope, conditions, discounts, available places and means of implementation of these benefits shall be determined by the Board of Directors, and may be regulated through Association announcements, activity calls, cooperation agreements or internal rules):
- Free participation in Association activities: members may take part free of charge in the activities organized by the Association to fulfill its statutory purposes, except where an activity sets special conditions, requires prior booking, has limited places, generates third-party costs or involves specific expenses.
- Listing and visibility on the official website: the Association may publish the list of members on its official website, sorted alphabetically by name or company name. Corporate members, institutional members and other eligible members may display their name, denomination, logo or a short description for the purpose of member visibility and cooperation promotion.
- Priority in participation and sponsorship of projects and activities: members shall have priority to register for, participate in and sponsor projects, activities, forums, fairs, exchange meetings, business matchmaking and cultural and educational programs organized or promoted by the Association.
- Discounts on partner services and a free first consultation: members may benefit from discounts on commercial services offered by the Association's partners. They may also enjoy a free initial consultation on matters related to the Spanish or Chinese market, whose content, scope and duration shall be determined by the Association or the relevant partner provider.
- Discounts on digital and technology services: members may access preferential terms or discounts on official website creation, software development, app building, WeChat mini-program development, enterprise digital systems, brand pages, online showcase platforms and other technology or digital services offered by the Association or its partners.
- Priority cooperation rights: provided they are consistent with the Association's purposes and the conditions of each project, members shall have priority to cooperate with the Association and its partner entities in project cooperation, resource matchmaking, brand display, business exchange, cultural and educational cooperation and joint promotion.
Member Obligations
Founding Members and Ordinary Members should fulfill the following obligations:
- Comply with the Association's charter and valid resolutions adopted by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors;
- Pay membership fees as required;
- Actively participate in assemblies and related Association activities;
- Perform relevant duties when holding positions within the Association.
Notes on Honorary Members
Honorary Members may participate in Association activities and attend the General Assembly, but do not have voting rights and generally do not bear obligations such as paying membership fees or holding office unless they expressly accept such duties.
Withdrawal and Termination
Membership may be terminated in any of the following circumstances:
- The member submits a written request to withdraw;
- Membership fees are unpaid for three consecutive periods;
- Serious violation of the charter or conduct that harms the Association's interests, subject to due process.
