By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user (hereinafter, the “User”) is informed and gives their free, informed, specific, and unequivocal consent for the personal data provided through the ALNEIC website (hereinafter, the “Website”) to be processed by ALNEIC.

ALNEIC will process the information provided by the User through the Website for the following purposes:

a) To manage User registration.b) To allow access to services offered in the contracting area.c) To manage appointments, carry out the execution of contracted services, and maintain the contractual relationship.

User data will be retained for this purpose for as long as the contractual relationship remains in force and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable law and until any potential liabilities arising from the contract expire, for the purpose of filing, exercising, or defending possible claims.

d) To manage, process, and respond to requests, inquiries, incidents, or questions from the User when they provide their data through contact forms, email addresses provided on the Website, chatbots, or WhatsApp contact channels. User data will be retained for this purpose until the User objects or withdraws their consent.

e) To manage the sending of commercial communications, tailored to a profile based on behavior and personal preferences derived from data obtained from both internal and third-party sources, regarding ALNEIC products and/or services via electronic and/or traditional means, when the User authorizes it by checking the corresponding box. In such cases, User data will be processed for this purpose until the User objects or withdraws their consent.

ALNEIC will process the following categories of User data:

Identification data: name, surname, ID number, company, tax ID (CIF).

Contact data: postal address, email address, telephone number, etc.

Personal characteristics data: date of birth, gender, nationality, etc.

Social circumstances data: marital status, etc.

Academic and professional data: education, qualifications, etc.

The processing of User data by ALNEIC to provide contracted services is based on the performance of a contract; therefore, providing such data is mandatory and failure to do so would prevent fulfillment of the contract.

However, the processing of specially protected data and data relating to criminal offenses is based on the User’s consent, which is given by accepting this policy and checking the corresponding box. If the User withdraws their consent, ALNEIC will not be able to provide the contracted services.

Additionally, the processing of data for sending commercial communications based on profiling is also based on the User’s consent, granted by checking the corresponding box.

The processing of data for satisfaction surveys is based on the company’s legitimate interest.

Furthermore, the legal basis for processing data to respond to User requests, inquiries, incidents, or for processing CVs is based on the consent requested from the User, which may be withdrawn at any time.

The consents obtained for the above purposes are independent; therefore, the User may withdraw only one of them without affecting the others.

The User:

Guarantees that they are over 18 years of age and that the data provided to ALNEIC is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. The User is responsible for the accuracy of all data provided and will keep it updated so that it reflects their real situation. This website is NOT intended for minors, and if ALNEIC suspects or becomes aware of any data submission by a minor, it will cancel the registration and prevent access or use of its products, services, or content.

Guarantees that they have informed third parties whose data they provide, if applicable, of the aspects contained in this document and that they have obtained their authorization to provide their data to ALNEIC for the stated purposes.

Will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided through the Website and for any direct or indirect damages caused to ALNEIC or third parties.

One of the purposes for which ALNEIC processes Users’ personal data is to send electronic communications with information about products, services, promotions, offers, events, or relevant news.

Such communications will only be sent to Users who have previously given their consent.

The User may send a request via email to info@lanuevaeraiberochina.es or by post to Paseo de la Calle de Núñez de Balboa, 120, 28006 Madrid, Spain, with the reference “Data Protection,” attaching a copy of their identity document, at any time and free of charge, to:

Withdraw previously granted consent.

Obtain confirmation as to whether ALNEIC is processing personal data concerning them.

Access their personal data.

Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Request restriction of processing when one of the conditions provided in data protection regulations applies.

Request data portability.

File a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) via www.aepd.es or by writing to the AEPD (Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid) if they believe ALNEIC has violated their data protection rights.

ALNEIC will respond to the request and inform the User of the measures taken within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by up to two additional months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

ALNEIC will inform the User of any such extension within one month of receiving the request and will respond through the same channel used by the User, unless otherwise specified.
